Anytown Youth Leadership Programs
Anytown Youth Leadership programs, sponsored by The National Conference for Community & Justice of Greater Dayton, provide a great opportunity for students to learn more about themselves and take part in meaningful activities with other youth in the region.
Anytown Youth Leadership Retreat is an overnight weekend program that takes place in both the spring and the fall. During the retreat, delegates (participants) from across the Miami Valley explore the meaning of leadership and allyship and discuss what they look like in action. Delegates are also equipped with practical skills to bring about community change, and they choose from various workshops throughout the weekend as they determine how to best foster change with the skills they have learned.
The spring retreat takes place: March 3-5, 2023, and we encourage College Promise scholars to take part if they are able. More information can be found here: https://nccjgreaterdayton.org/anytown/
